Job description
Shape strategic growth as the Director of M&A focusing on the Homebuilder Solutions Portfolio at Perseus Group, Constellation Software. This role offers a chance to lead sourcing and execution in a dynamic environment. As a key leader reporting to the President, you will drive the acquisition process for the homebuilding portfolio. Your role will involve sourcing potential opportunities, leading financial analyses, and coordinating all aspects of M&A activities from LOI to closure. This position is perfect for seasoned professionals experienced in capital advisory and investment strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Lead acquisition teams and manage sourcing strategies • Conduct financial modeling and present findings to committees • Oversee M&A activities and ensure effective execution • Coordinate with various internal and external due diligence teams • Foster relationships with a network of industry stakeholders Requirements: • 5-7+ years in a reputable investment or advisory firm • Required 3-5 years managing mid-market deals • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Expertise in advanced financial modeling • Flexibility for travel and varied hours Leverage your financial expertise and strategic insights to enhance Perseus Group's growth in the homebuilding market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
