Job description
A forestry company in Ontario is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Human Resources and Health and Safety. The successful candidate will lead HR functions, enforce compliance with employment laws, and manage collective bargaining. Responsibilities include developing HR policies specific to a unionized environment and providing strategic initiatives in workforce management. Ideal candidates will have significant HR experience, especially in unionized settings, and strong negotiation skills. This is a full-time role requiring travel across Northern Ontario, with a compensation range of $95,000 - $125,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr
