Job description
Be the driving force of innovation as the Director of Project Delivery at Osedea, a dynamic tech firm. Your role will focus on delivering complex projects efficiently while nurturing client relationships. As a Director of Project Delivery, you will turn complexity into clarity by guiding teams from the discovery phase through to implementation. Your strategic insights will support innovative projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and effective risk mitigation. Engage collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to maintain ambitious yet realistic project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead complex project mandates from initiation to delivery • Foster trusted client relationships as a senior contact • Oversee project planning and risk management efforts • Assist clients in defining priorities and making informed trade-offs • Work collaboratively with design and development teams Requirements: • 7+ years in project management or leadership • Software engineering degree or equivalent experience • Experience managing multifaceted projects with stakeholders • Solid strategic thinking in uncertain situations • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery constraints Bring your expertise in project delivery to advance innovation at Osedea. #J-18808-Ljbffr
