Job description
Lead spiritual growth as the Ministry Director at Youth for Christ Stonewall, where fulfilling youth engagement and strong community ties are paramount. This full-time role requires dedicated mentorship and administration. Youth for Christ Winnipeg is seeking a Ministry Director for its Stonewall community. You will supervise programs, manage a budget, and cultivate partnerships with local organizations to foster youth relationships with Christ. Your leadership will significantly impact young lives through organizing events and ensuring a safe, welcoming space. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee engaging community programs for local youth • Recruit and supervise staff and volunteers effectively • Develop and maintain an annual ministry budget • Build partnerships within churches, schools, and organizations • Plan large and small community events for youth Requirements: • Maintain a close relationship with Jesus Christ • Active participant in a local church community • Affirm YFC's Community Covenant and Statement of Faith • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Make a transformative impact on the youth of Stonewall through your leadership and commitment to YFC's mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
