This role partners closely with Procurement, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance, and key business stakeholders to modernize sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and source-to-pay processes.The role will be a key part of defining and executing the digital procurement roadmap, drive adoption of AI-enabled tools, and ensure measurable value creation through improved efficiency, cost optimization, and risk management.**A structured work environment:*** Recognition of years of service for vacation accrual;* Flexible remote work arrangements;* Flexible group insurance plan, including telemedicine services;* Employee Assistance Program;* Opportunity to invest in your development (career development, etc.);* Annual bonus;* Retirement plan with employer contributions;* Salary scale 007: **$118,000 to $147,500** (Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)**Your day-to-day responsibilities:****Digital Procurement Strategy & Leadership**• Contribute to the development, and lead the digital procurement and AI enablement strategy, as part of our overall procurement strategy, aligned with enterprise digital and source-to-pay transformation goalso Develop and own a multi-year roadmap for procurement platforms, automation, and AI use caseso Act as a thought leader on emerging procurement technologies, AI/ML applications, and best practices**Procurement Technology & Platforms**• Drive the business vision for core procurement systems (e.g., ERP, sourcing, CLM, supplier risk, P2P)• Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of digital procurement tools**Value Realization & Performance Management**• Establish KPIs and value-tracking mechanisms for digital and AI initiatives• Quantify and communicate benefits related to cost savings, productivity, cycle time reduction, and risk mitigation• Continuously improve solutions based on performance data and user feedback**Change Management & Adoption**• Lead change management, training, and adoption strategies across global procurement teams• Build digital and AI fluency within procurement through education and capability development• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior procurement and business leaders**Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration**• Establish governance for digital procurement tools, data usage, and AI lifecycle management• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners on digital innovation initiatives**The level of rigor expected:*** Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field* 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or analytics* 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide digital or technology initiatives* Strong understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, supplier management, contracts, P2P)* Experience with AI / machine learning or automation applied to procurement or the supply chain* Experience implementing or managing procurement technologies and platforms* Demonstrated success in change management and driving adoption within complex organizations* Excellent analytical skills with a strong data-driven mindset* Knowledge of tools such as SAP, Coupa, or similar platforms* Experience in a manufacturing environment* Bilingualism – French and English* Experience working in a global organizational environment**A role for those who take their work seriously and deliver consistently.****#LI-PB1***Agropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
