Job description
Lead transformative HR initiatives at 360.Agency as the Director of Culture & Talent. Empower teams and enhance operational productivity using modern HR practices. 360.Agency is looking for a visionary Director of Talent & Culture to redefine HR strategies in a technology-focused environment. This role is critical in supporting leadership during a pivotal organizational transformation toward an AI-driven practice. You will leverage analytical skills to guide talent acquisition and employee engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with leadership on team structure and planning • Identify and implement AI tools to enhance HR functions • Develop and monitor HR performance goals aligned with strategy • Advise management on employee relations and compliance • Maintain an effective workforce planning strategy Requirements: • 8–10 years of HR experience with 3 years in senior roles • Demonstrated success in organizational change initiatives • Strong ability to analyze HR data and metrics • Exceptional interpersonal skills in sensitive situations • Fully bilingual in French and English, essential Drive cultural evolution and team success at 360.Agency through innovative HR leadership and strategic planning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
