Job description
Lead financial reporting and compliance as a Financial Reporting and Compliance Manager. Oversee financial operations while ensuring adherence to regulations and improving processes within the finance team. This senior role involves preparing consolidated financial statements and managing various accounting functions, including cash management and payroll. You'll collaborate with auditors and ensure that tax declarations are efficiently filed. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated statements • Supervise daily accounting functions including accounts receivable • Strengthen internal controls and protect assets effectively • Participate in post-acquisition reporting and integration • Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting efforts Requirements: • CPA (CA, CMA, or CGA) required • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; Master’s preferred • 7–10 years of relevant finance experience • Strong analytical and leadership capabilities • Familiarity with ERP and financial systems Utilize your expertise in finance to ensure robust reporting and compliance while leading a talented team towards success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
