Job description
Become a Retail Department Leader at The North West Company in Wasagamack, MB, overseeing staff and merchandise. This permanent, full-time position requires onsite presence. As a Retail Department Leader, you will directly manage store operations in a rural environment. The role includes hiring and training employees, handling merchandise orders, and ensuring effective inventory management. Strong problem-solving abilities will be necessary to address customer issues and maintain service quality.
