Lead Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM - OTL

Infosys is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Oracle Time & Labor Techno Functional Lead to implement and support OTL modules for Canadian public sector clients. You'll need to have expert knowledge in OTL module, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences. Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Required SkillsConduct requirement gathering with HR, OTL, and business stakeholdersConfigure Time Entry Profiles, Layout Sets, Time Calculation RulesDefine overtime, shift, and pay rules based on Canadian labor lawsManage timecard validations and approval workflowsIntegrate with Absence Management and PayrollSupport UAT and production deploymentDevelop and support integrations (Time to OTL, time clocks and other third-party systems)Work with HDL, Fast Formula, OTBI/BI ReportsTroubleshoot integration and data issuesSupport data migration and automationEnsure compliance with provincial labor lawsConfigure statutory holidays, overtime policies, shift premiumsEffectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change RequestsLead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to OTL, Absence, Payroll and other relevant modules Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting TrainingShould have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for OTL modules Hands-on experience in working on Oracle OTLHands on experience on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, OTL batch loader.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teamsAbility to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to OTL, Absences, Payroll and other related modulesKnowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecyclePreparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID logPreferred SkillsShould have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
