Job description
Drive the strategic oversight and governance of Canada's international bridges as Lead Chairperson of the Federal Bridge Corporation Limited. Ensure operational safety and efficiency. The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited plays a vital role in managing important international connections. In your role as Lead Chairperson, you will guide the governance of the organization and the strategic direction of its operations. Your responsibilities will include risk oversight, monitoring financial integrity, and ensuring accountability of the CEO to maintain high standards of public asset stewardship and compliance.
