Imagine working on cutting‑edge telecom advancements, pioneering automotive tech, life‑saving healthcare innovations, and next‑gen industrial automation. Our projects are diverse, impactful, and at the forefront of technological innovation. Be a part of something extraordinary!

Who are we?

Syntronic is a global leader in design and development, specializing in electronics, electro‑mechanics, and software. We’re not just a company; we’re a community of innovators. Our teams work on projects that define the future—from creating state‑of‑the‑art communication systems and autonomous vehicles to advancing IoT solutions that revolutionize everyday life. At Syntronic, your work will make a real difference.

What we're looking for:

We are seeking individuals who want to:

  • Collaborate with top‑tier clients on transformative, cutting‑edge projects.
  • Engage with and learn from industry leaders.
  • Innovate from concept to completion, ensuring high standards.
  • Gain international experience on global projects.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that supports new ideas.
  • Explore multiple sectors like telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, and industrial automation.

What you’ll do

  • Work in a cross‑functional development team where continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing are part of daily work.
  • Perform full‑cycle hardware development including requirement analysis, block diagrams, schematic capture, and generating design specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the PCB layout team to produce high‑quality, reliable boards that meet performance, manufacturability, and testability requirements.
  • Execute designer verification activities, including writing and running test plans, analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with industry and military standards.
  • Participate in EMC/EMI investigations, root‑cause debugging, and mitigation planning throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Support project scheduling, cost estimation, and risk identification while ensuring successful integration, DFT, DFM, and system‑level validation.

What you’ll need to get the job done

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunication, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in military or avionics hardware development, including knowledge of MIL‑STD design practices and/or MIL‑STD‑461 or DO‑160 Sections 17–23 for EMC/EMI qualification.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, including power supplies, signal conditioning, ADC/DAC conversion, and sensors.
  • Proficiency with microcontrollers, memory interfaces, and embedded hardware architecture.
  • Experience with high‑speed interfaces and serial communication protocols such as USB, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, LVDS, PCIe, etc.
  • Ability to capture schematics, review datasheets, and work collaboratively with engineers across disciplines.
  • Competence in EMC/EMI testing, troubleshooting, and implementing design‑level mitigations (filters, shielding, grounding strategies).
  • Familiarity with constraints management and coordinating PCB layout activities to ensure electrical and mechanical performance.
  • Hands‑on experience using standard lab equipment and Designer Verification techniques.
  • Ability to drive issues to closure, work methodically, and participate in structured design and technical reviews.

What will make us REALLY love you

  • A friendly willingness to collaborate, share knowledge, and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • A clear passion for project‑based work, continuous learning, and staying at the top of your technical game.
  • Experience designing for aerospace, defense, or avionics programs, especially under regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with ruggedized or mission‑critical hardware design practices.
  • Active Secret security clearance—or the ability to obtain one (eligibility required).

What you’ll love about us

At Syntronic, our employees are our greatest asset. We foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence, offering opportunities for personal and professional growth. Join a global community that values creativity and diversity.

Ready to Shape the Future with Us?

If you’re ready to elevate your career and be part of a team that’s making a real impact, we want to hear from you. Apply today and embark on your journey with Syntronic, where your ideas and innovations can truly make a difference.
