Job description
Become Mint’s Design Director and lead creative growth while producing stunning visual designs. This dual role melds teamwork with individual craft in shaping client aesthetics. As Mint's Design Director, you will spearhead design initiatives across various projects, ensuring quality and strategic alignment. Your 6-10 years of design experience, particularly in agency settings, will empower your leadership as you mentor upcoming designers and refine visual outputs. Engage closely with cross-functional teams to drive creative excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead design from concept through execution • Set high standards for visual and craft quality • Transform strategic insights into engaging visual outputs • Partner with Creative and Strategy teams • Mentor designers, offering feedback and direction Requirements: • 6-10 years of experience in design • Strong portfolio with diverse design examples • Expertise in typography and visual narratives • Confidence in presenting your design process • Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite Bring your passion for design and leadership to Mint, where your creative journey will be supported and celebrated. #J-18808-Ljbffr
