Shape retail operations as an Assistant Manager specializing in back-end processes. Oversee inventory integrity, enhance customer service, and support team development effectively. As a key player in the back-end operations, you will manage the Lumber Yard and LBM areas to drive operational success. This role entails maintaining safety standards, coaching team members, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. Your ability to utilize technology will streamline operations and contribute to overall financial results.
