Responsiblede portefeuille applicatif

Qualifications de base:

  • 10+ ans d’expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l’information
  • 5+ ans d’expérience dans la gestion de l’intégration de multiples solutions logicielles
  • 5+ ans d’expérience dans la gestion d’équipes soutenant plusieurs produits COTS
  • 5+ ans d’expérience dans la gestion d’équipes offrant un support 24 h/24, 7 j/7 pour plusieurs applications
  • 5+ ans d’expérience démontrée en gestion des incidents et des changements
  • 5+ ans d’expérience de collaboration avec des fournisseurs de logiciels tiers
  • Certification ITIL
  • Bilinguisme obligatoire

Responsabilités principales :

Leadership et gestion d’équipe :

  • Diriger une équipe de professionnels TI responsable de la gestion d’un portefeuille d’applications
  • Fournir encadrement, mentorat et orientation aux membres de l’équipe afin d’assurer une performance efficace et une exécution optimale des projets

Stratégie du portefeuille applicatif :

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan stratégique pour la gestion et l’optimisation des applications, axé sur l’amélioration de l’expérience client à l’aéroport
  • Aligner le portefeuille applicatif sur les objectifs organisationnels

Gestion budgétaire :

  • Gérer le budget alloué aux applications, incluant les frais de licence, les coûts de maintenance et les dépenses connexes
  • Allouer efficacement les ressources afin de soutenir la maintenance continue et le développement des applications

Excellence opérationnelle :

  • Responsable du respect des SLA et de la satisfaction des clients
  • Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques ITIL (incidents, problèmes, demandes, changements)

Maîtrise du bilinguisme :

  • Utiliser pleinement le bilinguisme en français et en anglais afin de communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes, les membres de l’équipe et les partenaires externes

Expertise technique :

  • Mettre à profit une expérience technique pratique pour superviser le développement, le déploiement et la maintenance des applications
  • S’assurer que les applications répondent aux normes de performance, de sécurité et d’utilisabilité

Gestion des fournisseurs :

  • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs de logiciels tiers afin d’intégrer et d’optimiser les applications du portefeuille
  • Assurer les évaluations de performance et le respect des obligations contractuelles

Intégration et optimisation des applications :

  • Gérer l’intégration de diverses solutions logicielles afin d’offrir une expérience client fluide et efficace
  • Optimiser continuellement les applications afin de répondre aux besoins évolutifs de l’aéroport et aux avancées technologiques

Formation et soutien aux utilisateurs :

  • Offrir de la formation et du soutien aux utilisateurs finaux (incluant le personnel aéroportuaire) pour une utilisation efficace des applications
  • Résoudre les enjeux techniques rencontrés dans les opérations quotidiennes

Sécurité et conformité :

  • S’assurer que les applications respectent les meilleures pratiques de sécurité et les normes/réglementations pertinentes au secteur aéroportuaire
  • Mettre en œuvre des mesures de sécurité contre les vulnérabilités et les menaces
  • Assumer la responsabilité des analyses de risques du portefeuille

Suivi de performance et amélioration continue :

  • Surveiller la performance des applications et identifier les opportunités d’optimisation
  • Promouvoir des améliorations afin de respecter ou dépasser les attentes de performance

Documentation et rapports :

  • Maintenir une documentation précise des processus liés aux applications (configurations, intégrations, flux de travail)
  • Produire et diffuser des rapports réguliers aux parties prenantes, mettant en évidence la performance du portefeuille, les risques et les indicateurs clés

Collaboration et engagement des parties prenantes :

  • Collaborer avec divers intervenants, incluant les départements de l’aéroport, les compagnies aériennes et les partenaires externes, afin d’assurer l’alignement des applications avec les objectifs organisationnels

Ces responsabilités décrivent les principaux domaines d’intervention d’un gestionnaire du portefeuille applicatif en technologies de l’information dans un environnement aéroportuaire.

Apps Portfolio Leader

Basic Qualifications:

10 + years working in the Information Technology field.

5 + years experience managing the integration of multiple software solutions.

5 + years experience managing teams who support several COTS products.

5 + years experience managing teams who provide 24 x 7 support to multiple applications.

5 + years proven experience with incident and change management.

5 + years working with third party software vendors.

ITIL certified

Must be bilingual.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead a team of IT professionals responsible for managing an application portfolio
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to team members to ensure effective performance and project execution.

Application Portfolio Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the management and optimization of applications focused on enhancing client experiences at the airport.
  • Align the application portfolio with the overall organization goals and objectives.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the budget allocated for applications including licensing fees, maintenance costs, and related expenses.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to support the ongoing maintenance and development of applications.

Operational Excellence:

  • Accountable to meet SLA requirements and to guarantee client satisfaction
  • Promote ITIL best practices (Incident, Problem, Request, Changes)

Bilingual Proficiency:

  • Utilize full bilingual proficiency in French and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and external partners.

Technical Expertise:

  • Utilize hands-on technical experience to oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Ensure applications meet performance, security, and usability standards.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage with third-party software providers to integrate and optimize applications under the portfolio.
  • Performance evaluations, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Application Integration and Optimization:

  • Manage the integration of various software solutions to create a seamless and efficient client experience.
  • Continuously optimize applications to meet evolving airport needs and technological advancements.

User Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to end-users, including airport staff, on the effective use of applications.
  • Address any technical issues or challenges that arise in day-to-day operations.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure that applications comply with security best practices and adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations specific to airport operations.
  • Implement security measures to protect against vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Own the portfolio Risk assessment

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Monitor the performance of applications and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Promote enhancements to ensure that applications meet or exceed performance expectations.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate documentation process related to applications, including configurations, integrations, and workflows.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting portfolio performance, risks, and key metrics.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including airport departments, airlines, and external partners, to ensure that applications align with the organization goals.
