Job description
A leading service company in St-Eustache is hiring an On-site Finance Controller to manage and enhance financial operations. Contribute significantly to organizational performance with your expertise. This full-time, permanent role entails 35 hours per week with a focus on supervising accounting tasks and mentoring staff. You will ensure accurate bank reconciliations, manage payroll and government remittances, and provide key financial analyses for decision-making. Collaborate with auditors and participate in diverse administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise the accounting team and oversee financial tasks • Handle bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow management • Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with taxation • Conduct financial analyses to support management decisions • Prepare documentation for year-end reviews with external auditors Requirements: • Degree in administration or accounting is preferred • At least 10 years of finance experience with 5 years in management • Strong Excel skills and profound leadership qualities • English proficiency and excellent prioritization abilities • Independent and detail-oriented with rigorous financial management Elevate your finance career and take charge as a Finance Controller in St-Eustache. #J-18808-Ljbffr
