Role Descriptions: Lead enterprise-wide application portfolio assessment and rationalization initiatives Analyze the current application landscape toIdentify redundancies| overlaps| and technical debt
Evaluate application business value| cost| and technical fitDefine retain| retire| replace| or modernize strategies
Drive application portfolio simplification aligned to business capabilities and customer journeys
Define and execute modernization strategies| including Replat forming Refactoring legacy applications
API enablement of existing systemsMigration to cloud-native architecturesEstablish application lifecycle governance to ensure continuous portfolio optimizationAlign rationalization outcomes with integration| data| and digital transformation initiatives
Essential Skills: Strong experience in Integration Architecture| API Strategy| and Microservices Proven expertise in JavaJ2EE ecosystems and enterprise platforms Experience with Guidewire (Policy, Center| Billing Center| Claim Center) implementations and integrations
Hands-on experience with API management platforms and integration tools (ESB| MQ| event streaming)Expertise in TOGAF or similar EA frameworks
Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid integration patterns
Experience with event-driven architecture| domain-driven design| and distributed systems
Strong domain expertise in BFSI (Insurance| Lending| Payments| Financial Services)Experience with Guidewire Cloud migrations or modernization programs
