ENGLISH VERSION About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual Service Coordinator to support retail maintenance, repair, and Tenant Improvement (T.I.) projects across Canada. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has experience coordinating service work within construction, facilities, or retail environments.

You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects and service requests are completed efficiently, professionally, and on time.

This position focuses specifically on Retail Tenant Improvement (T.I.) - transforming retail spaces into functional, branded environments that support business operations and customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and emergency service requests
• Dispatch and manage subcontractors across Canada
• Track work orders and ensure timely completion
• Communicate updates and manage client expectations
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and service documentation
• Support retail Tenant Improvement (T.I.) projects and rollouts
• Participate in an after-hours emergency rotation

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction, Facilities, Maintenance, or Retail T.I.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) de Service bilingue pour soutenir des projets de maintenance, réparation et aménagement commercial (Tenant Improvement – T.I.) partout au Canada. Ce rôle est idéal pour une personne organisée, proactive et à l’aise dans un environnement dynamique.

Vous collaborerez avec les clients, sous-traitants et équipes internes afin d’assurer une coordination efficace des demandes de service et des projets.

Ce poste est spécifiquement axé sur les projets d’aménagement commercial de détail , transformant des espaces commerciaux en environnements fonctionnels et adaptés à l’image de marque des clients.

Responsabilités principales

• Coordonner les demandes de maintenance, réparation et urgences
• Gérer et répartir les sous-traitants à travers le Canada
• Assurer le suivi des bons de travail jusqu’à leur fermeture
• Communiquer les mises à jour et gérer les attentes des clients
• Traiter les bons de commande, factures et documents de service
• Soutenir les projets et déploiements Retail T.I.
• Participer à une rotation pour les urgences après les heures normales

Profil recherché

• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en construction, maintenance, gestion d’installations ou Retail T.I.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et multitâches
• Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et Outlook
• Fortes aptitudes en communication et résolution de problèmes
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement rapide
• Approche proactive et orientée service client
