This role involves performing various tasks related to asphalt maintenance, including raking asphalt to ensure proper drainage and maintain the aesthetics of the asphalt mat. The Rakerperson will also assist with minor truck and equipment maintenance, site cleanup, and other labor duties as needed while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This is a full-time seasonal position.WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISHRake asphalt to maintain drainage and preserve the aesthetics of the asphalt mat.Conduct minor truck and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations.Fix imperfections in the asphalt mat.Assist with site cleanup, including shoveling, raking, and sweeping.Perform other labor duties as required to support the team.Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
