Benefits Advisor (Fully Remote)

Location: Greater St-Catharines-Niagara Metropolitan Area
Our client, a well-established and highly respected consulting firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Benefits Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering the chance to work closely with a Senior Managing Consultant, gaining hands-on exposure to both group benefits and group retirement plans while supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.
Position Overview
The Benefits Advisor will play a key supporting role in the day-to-day management of client accounts, with a strong focus on reporting, analysis, and client service. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and eager to deepen their expertise in the group benefits and retirement space while working in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

What Success Looks Like
In this role, success is defined by your ability to support the Senior Managing Consultant effectively, deliver accurate and insightful reporting, and contribute to a high standard of client service. You will become a trusted resource for both internal stakeholders and clients, while continuously building your knowledge in group benefits and retirement consulting.
