Responsibilities
-Receive documents
-Prepare the shipments
-Route the shipments
-Manage the receipt of freight
-Process the shipments
-Monitor shipments

Qualifications
- Exceeds customer expectations by anticipating, understanding and responding to needs. Is proactive and, when issues arise, intervenes in a timely and resolute manner to resolve problems, including by escalating the situation to management as needed. Establishes a relationship and demonstrates empathy during interactions, and constantly strives to improve customer satisfaction
- Systematically performs quality work that meets the expectations of the position. Is committed to operational excellence and the continuous improvement of its own function and across the network. All activities comply with company policies/procedures, code of business conduct and government regulations
- Consistently meets deadlines. Is punctual and reliable for planning. Is organized, effectively manages their own time, and can prioritize
- Demonstrates a willingness not only to fulfill their own professional responsibilities without the need for constant push, but also is willing, without request, to help and assist others in the interest of the company and/or clients. Work in harmony with his superiors and colleagues without incident or delay
