Job description
Join Ash Grove Cement as a Reliability Manager, enhancing safety and maintenance in Ontario, Canada. Leverage extensive experience to optimize mechanical processes and team collaboration.
This full-time position focuses on implementing effective maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating closely with plant leadership. You will utilize your technical expertise in maintenance systems to minimize mechanical failures and improve operational efficiency. Your proactive approach will shape a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive safety culture and incident management initiatives • Implement and manage maintenance management systems • Review mechanical incidents and implement corrective actions • Collaborate with production and engineering teams on projects • Support planning of maintenance and audit processes
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar • 7 to 10 years of relevant heavy industry experience • Strong knowledge of CMMS and mechanical systems • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills • Effective planning and cost management experience
