Job descriptionCanadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) supports Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans and families through a range of services including recreation, financial services and community events.
As part of the SISIP Financial division, this role provides tailored investment advice and solutions to current and former CAF members and their families.
THE ROLE Under the direction of the District Manager, the Investment Funds Advisor will deliver investment solutions and related financial services to CAF community.
QUALIFICATIONS
College diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or related field.
Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
Registered to sell Mutual Funds (MFDA/AMF).
Investment Funds Course (IFC).
Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) or Personal Financial Planner® (PFP).
Experience in financial planning and investment services.
Experience building client relationships.
Experience delivering presentations.
Experience preparing written financial plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a personal business plan to manage client relationships and achieve financial security for clients.
Monitor client activity and maintain preventive follow‑up care in line with service requirements.
Develop and manage business plans, strategies, goals, partner development activities and marketing campaigns with management.
Adjust individual business plans, coach with management.
Travel to CAF bases to deliver presentations and deepen partner relationships.
Develop business plans that support client growth, retention and partner development in assigned territories.

Language Requirement: English essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset.
Reading: Advanced; Writing: Functional; Oral: Advanced.
Start Date: July 13, 2026.
On‑site position with assigned work location; work hours 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday‑Friday.
Salary plus Employee Performance Plan.
