Job description
Join POWRMATIC of Canada Ltd. as a Hybrid Sales Representative in the Hearth division, based in Ottawa. This dynamic position integrates inside sales and field visits to cultivate new business relationships and enhance client satisfaction.

As a crucial player in the fireplace division, your role will involve addressing customer inquiries and developing sales opportunities through proactive engagements. You will prepare quotations and handle orders while fostering long-term client relationships. Candidates should excel in a service-oriented, collaborative environment focused on sales growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate customer inquiries through multiple channels • Conduct field visits to present product offerings • Prepare necessary sales documentation and follow-ups • Manage inventory and after-sales issues • Update customer files and provide training as needed

Requirements: • Familiarity with HVAC products or fireplaces • Proven experience in outside sales • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong organizational skills with professional integrity • Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
