Job description
Enhance your sales career as an Inside Sales Manager in a top engineering manufacturer. Manage the sales pipeline, optimize HubSpot, and drive team performance.

Our client, a leader in high-performance mixers, is in need of an Inside Sales Manager to supervise and refine their inbound sales strategies. You'll lead a team of Inside Sales Engineers and align marketing efforts with sales goals. The role also involves implementing structured sales cadences to improve metrics and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the performance of Inside Sales Engineers • Implement structured account development methodologies • Monitor CRM data quality and opportunity metrics • Organize weekly pipeline review sessions • Develop marketing materials into actionable sales strategies

Requirements: • 5 years in inside sales management or operations • Strong background in machinery manufacturing • Expertise in HubSpot configurations and usage • Experience with long sales cycles of engineered solutions • Analytical mindset with a focus on accountability
