About the role:

• Review and verify applicant income and employment information
• Process any income and/or trailing documents received
• Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standard and turnaround times
• Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items via phone, fax and email, communicate and resolve issues
• Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Carefully review applicant proof of income and employment documentation to ensure legitimacy and accuracy
• Contact employers over the phone to further corroborate the information in a professional manner
• Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• You are tech-savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Previous experience in a lending, automotive-related business, or financial services
• Post-secondary education

Working condition

You have flexible availability to work. Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday shifts; schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating. This is a fully remote position located in British Columbia

What you can expect - pay & process:

• Expected base hourly range is $23.07 - $25.64
