Job description
Join the YMCA of Southern Interior BC as a Marketing Coordinator this summer in a full-time, temporary position. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing operations and communication strategies.

As part of the Canada Summer Job Program, your summer will focus on supporting diverse marketing initiatives and delivering impactful campaigns. You'll engage in digital content creation, customer interactions, and project coordination with the Marketing and Communications team. Experience in graphic design and a passion for digital marketing will be crucial for the role.

Key Responsibilities: • Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives • Create and manage content for social media and emails • Handle inquiries through digital communication • Assist with project management and marketing tasks • Help draft correspondence and recognition materials

Requirements: • Education or coursework in marketing, business, or communications • Interest in graphic design and digital marketing platforms • Relevant training in social media management is advantageous • Must meet Canada Summer Job Program eligibility • Commitment to the YMCA’s core mission and values
