Job description
Join Give and Go as a Vertical Start Up Team Leader to drive production efficiency and quality. Lead your team to excel in safety performance while coordinating daily operations.

As a Team Leader, you will oversee day-to-day plant production, mentor your team, and ensure that quality goals are met. Your role involves collaborating with management to develop KPIs and engage team members in continuous improvement. You will be crucial in coaching staff, enforcing company policies, and managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily plant production and supervise operations • Lead, coach, and develop a motivated plant staff • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards • Document performance metrics for accountability • Address customer needs and production issues proactively

Requirements: • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Experience in production operations management • Knowledge of safety and quality regulations • Ability to develop and implement process improvements • Proficient in performance tracking and reporting
