Kronos Consultant

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Workforce Central
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) is an added advantage
• Hands-on experience configuring Kronos modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation
• Experience in setting up Kronos Clock Terminals and troubleshooting issues
• Maintain business structure setup and troubleshoot InTouch devices
• Experience in configuring Manager Access requests
• Knowledge of Employee Groups, Labor Category Profiles, Labor Category Entry lists, and Organizational Sets
• Experience configuring new person records and Function Access Profiles
• Monitor and manage interface jobs (daily, weekly, biweekly) to ensure data accuracy and timely processing
• Perform troubleshooting using HyperFind queries, Genies, Transaction Assistant, and reports
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills for Kronos and integration components
• Provide training and documentation support to end users
• Experience in SQL programming (good to have)
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with client interaction experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on technical design, IRD/IDD preparation, prototyping, POCs, and development for Kronos/UKG implementations
• Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business requirements and identify technical gaps
• Conduct code reviews with technical leads to ensure quality and alignment with requirements
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams and manage deliverables
• Track tasks, risks, and issues and report status to management
• Drive issues to resolution and ensure timely delivery

Nice to Have

• Boomi certification or UKG-specific certifications

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
