Become an HSE Safety Specialist with Worley in Alberta, focused on enhancing site safety compliance and culture. Your expertise will empower construction teams and ensure safety standards.
This full-time role involves daily field presence to monitor safety practices and develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders. You will conduct safety audits, mentor supervisors on compliance, and oversee the execution of safety policies and training, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage site-specific safety processes and plans
• Interface with safety officers and clients on compliance
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments
• Mentor construction teams in HSE practices
• Organize site safety training and orientations
Requirements:
• NCSO certificate is a must
• 5+ years of safety experience in industrial construction
• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety preferred
• Proven skills in customer relationship management
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
