Job description
Become part of a collegial Family Medicine team in a supportive clinic environment. This 1.0 FTE role includes both outpatient and inpatient care while sharing on-call responsibilities. You will be working in a collaborative team at the Clinic that focuses on comprehensive patient care for a populace of roughly 3,800. With shared 24-hour on-call duties primarily in the ER, your contributions will be essential in serving both local residents and seasonal workers. Work well-resourced with a full array of medical services while enjoying the benefits of a relaxed atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: • Provide care in an outpatient clinic Monday to Friday • Participate in shared on-call dedicated ER duties • Conduct inpatient management and lumps and bumps assessments • Utilize clinic facilities effectively for patient treatments • Collaborate with mental health and addictions counseling services Requirements: • Medical qualifications in family medicine • Demonstrated care experience in outpatient and inpatient settings • Excellent communication skills for team engagement • Commitment to rural healthcare practices • Open to working with diverse patient groups Expand your career in family medicine while making a positive impact at Mackenzie Hospital. #J-18808-Ljbffr
