Job description
Shape the future of Technology and Cyber Security as a Senior Manager at PC Financial in Toronto. Take charge of key assessments, improve risk practices, and drive innovation in security measures. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director, ORM, and influence how Technology and Cyber Security risks are managed. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (B13, B10, E21) while identifying opportunities for enhancements. Your expertise will guide initiatives impacting key areas like Change Management, Disaster Recovery, and Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Own Risk and Control Assessments in Cyber Security • Drive reporting of tech-related issues with leadership • Establish validation processes for risk metrics • Identify gaps in vendor cyber programs • Provide advisory support for risk assessment initiatives Requirements: • Experience leading control testing teams • Knowledge of Cyber Security frameworks (NIST, COBIT) • Ability to identify and challenge control gaps • Strong attention to detail and initiative taken • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Elevate the Technology and Cyber Security landscape at PC Financial through proactive risk management and relationship building. #J-18808-Ljbffr
