The role ensures enterprise policies and procedures are clear, current, controlled, findable, and auditable, supporting risk governance, regulatory readiness, and consistent execution across the organization. The Manager provides enterprise leadership for policy standards, document control, publishing workflows, and adoption, and leads policy and procedure harmonization associated with credit union integration. The Manager partners closely with Operational Risk, Compliance, Legal, People and Culture, Credit, Finance, and IT, and provides enterprise-wide guidance and advisory support to policy owners and procedure authors, strengthening governance discipline, clarity of accountability, and organizational understanding of policy requirements.

Here’s what would be included as a part of your typical day

  • Enterprise Policy Governance: Oversees the enterprise policy governance framework, including taxonomy, document hierarchy, and end-to-end lifecycle requirements. Establishes review cycles, standards, and monitoring practices to ensure policies and procedures remain current, aligned with risk and control expectations, and consistently applied across the organization. Guides and coaches policy owners and procedure authors.
  • Systems & Information Management: Oversees the SharePoint policy environment as the official system of record. Ensures effective information architecture, metadata standards, controlled workflows, retention, and search functionality. Partners with IT and Risk to ensure content is controlled, accessible, and auditable.
  • Copilot Studio policy/procedure agent oversight (business owner). Acts as the business owner for policy and procedure Copilot Studio agent(s), defining use cases, governance standards, and adoption strategy. Owns the knowledge supply chain, refresh cadence, quality monitoring, and continuous improvement in partnership with IT.
  • Technical, corporate, and policy writing assurance. Champions enterprise-wide policy and procedure drafting standards. Develops and maintains templates, writing standards, and quality requirements, and provides editorial review and quality assurance for enterprise and high-impact documents.
  • Program Delivery & Risk Reduction: Leads policy and procedure initiatives, including enterprise refresh programs, taxonomy improvements, and workflow enhancements. Ensures initiatives are delivered effectively and support consistent execution, operational efficiency, and reduction of operational risk.
  • Integration & Change Management: Leads policy and procedure harmonization activities related to credit union integrations. Oversees discovery, gap analysis, disposition decisions, migration into SharePoint, Copilot knowledge alignment, and readiness reporting to support operational continuity and regulatory expectations.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Develops and maintains reporting on policy currency, lifecycle timelines, content usage and findability, Copilot agent performance, and integration progress. Provides regular insights to improve governance effectiveness and reduce risk.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
