Job description
Join Incyte as the Sales & Marketing Division Head, responsible for leading critical strategies in the Montreal area. This key position emphasizes strategic oversight and operational excellence.

In this role, you will oversee the sales and marketing initiatives of innovative therapies while ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Your drive will facilitate product launches and bolster team development, ensuring the achievement of financial milestones and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct the strategic sales and marketing vision • Lead product launch execution and operational structure • Ensure annual financial goals are met through effective leadership • Develop training and support for the sales team • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines

Requirements: • Life Sciences degree or equivalent qualification • 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical marketing • Track record in product management and sales leadership • Experience with compliance and market access • Strong team building and coaching skills
