About the role:

• Review auto loan contracts and documentation for compliance with internal funding policies

• Communicate with dealers, sales partners, and internal teams to obtain missing or corrected documentation

• Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standards and turnaround times

• Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items for funding via phone and email, communicate and resolve complex contract issues

• Process any documents received such as contracts and trailing documents

• Provide lost/missing contract research as needed

• Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

• Execute detailed document review ensuring all assigned documents are accurate, complete, properly executed, and registered as required

• Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• You possess an exceptional attention to detail while operating under a sense of urgency

• You have strong analytical and arithmetic skills

• You know your way through advanced internet browsing and have amazing investigation skills

• You have strong phone contact handling and active listening skills

• You can prioritize allocated workflow seamlessly

• You are tech savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Extra- awesome to have:

• You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in French

• Previous experience in a lending automotive related business, or financial services

• You have a high level of accuracy and consistency in document verification and disbursement release

• Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration

Working conditions

• This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to work from the Etobicoke office three days per week, with the remaining two days working remotely from home. Hours can range from 9:00am-9:00pm EST Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturday shifts. schedules are completed a month in advance

• Expected base hourly rate range of $21.00 - $23.85
