As an experienced CPA you are equally passionate about mentoring a team and maximizing efficiencies of technology as you are about being part of the business and building something great!Reporting directly to the President and engaging regularly with the Board, the Director / VP Finance is this organization’s senior financial leader. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Victoria, BC, leading a finance team of four to six professionals across diversified consumer packaged goods manufacturing operations.
This is both a strategic and hands-on position. The successful candidate will elevate the maturity of the finance function — bringing greater rigour, reporting depth, and analytical insight — while acting as a trusted thought partner to the President and Board.
