Job description
Join a leading electrical contractor in the West GTA as a Senior Electrical Estimator. This role is ideal for motivated professionals ready to guide and grow within a robust estimating team.

We are looking for a candidate with extensive estimating experience who can manage complex bids and mentor junior estimators. Your role will involve developing standards, overseeing bids, and enhancing industry relationships. A solutions-focused mindset and strong organizational skills are crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the estimating team while offering guidance • Supervise the overall estimating operations and processes • Approve and review major budgets and bids • Build strong relationships throughout the industry • Oversee drawing reviews and bid management

Requirements: • 10+ years in electrical construction estimating • Minimum 5 years in supervisory roles • Significant experience with complex bidding processes • Advanced skills in Accubid Anywhere and MS Projects • Strong vendor and subcontractor relationship management
