Provide expert advice on job design, organizational structures, and internal equity.

Participate in joint job evaluation committees, where applicable.

Assist in the resolution of classification disputes and provide supporting documentation during grievance processes.

Maintain secure and accurate job evaluation databases, classification records, and pay equity documentation.
