About this team

The Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) team works to support safeguarding the rights of the people who make lululemon products and the environment. We monitor labour and environmental conditions in facilities producing for lululemon and develop programs and policies to build capability along our supply chain. We work together with cross-functional partners within lululemon to support responsible practices of doing business in our everyday operations. We collaborate with our vendors, and external stakeholders to foster social and environmental resilience in the garment industry.

Core responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager, Worker Wellbeing provides strategic leadership in advancing a comprehensive portfolio of initiatives that enhance social wellbeing for workers across our global supply chain. This role sets direction and drives execution on critical priorities, including worker engagement and gender equity, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability objectives. The Senior Program Manager holds end-to-end accountability for delivering on our publicly stated supply chain wellbeing targets, influencing internal and external stakeholders, shaping policy, and embedding best practices across the enterprise
  • Leads the strategic design and execution of programs that advance worker wellbeing across the global supply chain, with a focus on worker engagement and gender equity.
  • Drives implementation of public supply chain wellbeing targets, ensuring measurable progress and transparent reporting aligned with corporate commitments and worker needs.
  • Works closely with internal and external stakeholders, including regional teams, cross-functional partners, suppliers, industry partners, and NGOs, to embed programs that are rooted in understanding needs of workers, suppliers and the organization, driving best practices and achieve systemic impact.
  • Analyze emerging trends and risks related to worker wellbeing and gender equity, providing thought leadership and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Manages a portfolio of high-impact projects globally, overseeing implementation partners to ensure effective execution at facilities and in communities.
  • Represents the company in global forums and partnerships, to foster collaborative approaches and best practices in the industry.


Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain sustainability, social impact, or corporate responsibility.
  • Proven track record in strategic program management, including leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across global regions
  • Experience implementing ESG or social wellbeing targets in a global supply chain context, and ability to manage multi-layered projects with different external implementation partners across various geographies.
  • Familiarity with worker engagement, gender equity, and human rights standards (e.g., UN Guiding Principles, ILO conventions).
  • Intrinsically motivated problem solver, who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, and has a strong track record for creating positive impact for workers and the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate to leadership on strategy & progress and ability to manage large budgets efficiently.

Additional Notes
Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. The role is open to candidates in Taipei, Hong Kong, and Ho Chi Minh City.

Compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $161,000-211,000 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
