As a Dodds Garage Doors Door and Dock Technician, each day is an opportunity to serve our customers with exceptional service. Your morning begins by reviewing scheduled service calls and installation jobs on your iPad, loading your vehicle with tools and parts before heading to your first job. Your day will be dynamic as you diagnose and repair or install overhead doors and docks. Throughout the day, you may respond to emergency service calls, troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues, install new door systems, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety standards are met. Whether replacing a frayed cable, servicing a hydraulic dock leveler or installing an electric opener, your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service make you an indispensable part of the team.
