TON RÔLE

Tu souhaites participer à des projets ambitieux et jouer un rôle clé dans le développement de nos villes ? NEUF cherche un coordonnateur en stratégies durables pour joindre son équipe à Montréal.

En collaboration avec un architecte associé, tu participeras activement à la conception et à l’exécution de projets visant à réduire au maximum leur impact environnemental, tant durant la construction que tout au long de la vie du bâtiment. Tu te démarques également par ta volonté d’intégrer et d’appliquer les différentes certifications environnementales.

TON QUOTIDIEN

• Tenir le rôle de chargé.e de projets et assurer le suivi de nos projets LEED, WELL et autres auprès des membres d’équipes de projets;
  
• Effectuer des analyses de projets en corrélation avec les systèmes d’évaluation LEED, WELL, etc... ainsi que d’autres initiatives durables;
  
• Soutenir les différents intervenants et les équipes internes dans l’intégration de stratégies durables et d’exigences aux différentes certifications pour des projets de nouveaux bâtiments et de bâtiments existants;
  
• Participer à la recherche et la mise en action des pratiques émergentes dans les projets;
  
• Aider à améliorer les bonnes pratiques au sein de nos 3 bureaux (Montréal, Toronto, Ottawa);
  
• Participer à des évènements axés sur le développement durable (webinaire, conférences, table ronde).

YOUR ROLE

Do you want to take part in ambitious projects and play a key role in shaping the future of our cities? NEUF is seeking a Sustainable Strategies Coordinator to join its team in Montreal.

Working in collaboration with a Partner Architect, you will play an active role in the design and execution of projects aimed at minimizing their environmental impact—both during construction and throughout the building’s lifecycle. You also stand out for your commitment to integrating and applying various environmental certifications.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Act as a project manager to ensure successful project realization, in accordance with contractual needs and objectives;
  
• Produce project analysis in accordance with LEED, WELL and other rating systems or sustainability initiatives;
  
• Support the various stakeholders and internal teams in the integration of sustainable strategies and requirements of different certifications for new and existing building projects;
  
• Contribute to the research and implementation of emerging practices within projects;
  
• Assist in improving best practices across our three offices (Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa);
  
• Participate in sustainability-focused events (webinars, conferences, roundtables).
  

Profil

TES COMPÉTENCES

• Posséder un DEC technique en architecture ou études dans le domaine de l’architecture ou de l'ingénierie (électromécanique);
  
• Sensibilité environnementale et engagement envers le développement durable;
  
• Compétences en gestion de projet, pour gérer efficacement les projets de développement durable de l'entreprise;
  
• Connaissance de l’application des certifications LEED, WELL, Fitwel, Carbone Zéro, et Passive House et de leurs impacts sur les projets immobiliers;
  
• Compétences techniques en architecture et en génie, afin de comprendre les systèmes et les processus qui contribuent à la durabilité des bâtiments;
  
• Excellentes capacités de communication, y compris la capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des parties prenantes variées, à négocier et à persuader les autres de l'importance de pratiques durables;
  
• Capacité à analyser les données et les rapports liés au développement durable, et à utiliser ces informations pour améliorer les pratiques de l'entreprise;
  
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (pour clients francophones et anglophones);
  
• Très bonne capacité rédactionnelle;
  
• Bon sens de l’organisation, rigueur et aptitudes à travailler en équipe.
  

Atouts

• 2 années d’expérience dans la gestion de projet;
  
• Détenir l’accréditation LEED ou WELL;
  
• Connaissance du logiciel Revit et de différents plug-ins.

• Diploma in Architecture or related field such as engineering, construction or sustainable development;
  
• Demonstrate environmental awareness and a strong commitment to sustainable development;
  
• Possess project management skills to effectively manage the company’s sustainability-related projects;
  
• Have knowledge of LEED, WELL, Fitwel, Zero Carbon, and Passive House certifications and their impact on real estate projects;
  
• Demonstrate technical knowledge in architecture and engineering to understand systems and processes that contribute to building sustainability;
  
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, negotiate, and advocate for sustainable practices;
  
• Ability to analyze sustainability-related data and reports and use this information to improve company practices;
  
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (to interact with French- and English-speaking clients);
  
• Strong writing skills;
  
• Good organizational skills, thorough work and ability to work in a team.
  

Assets

• 2 years of experience in project managing and LEED coordination;
  
• LEED or WELL Certification;
  
• Knowledge of Revit and different plug-ins.
