As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our internal tooling design capabilities to support both manufacturing and repair operations.

At M1, the mission comes first: quality, safety, and rapid turnaround time are at the heart of everything we do.

Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated Aerospace Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Quality & Regulatory Compliance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring continued compliance with applicable aviation authority regulations (e.g., Transport Canada CARs, FAA, EASA), ISO9001, AS9100D, Nadcap standards, customer requirements, and internal Quality Management System (QMS) processes.

The incumbent will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and Senior Leadership to promote a culture of quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvement initiatives.

Participate in risk assessments and integrate risk-based thinking into quality processes.

Support configuration management and document control in accordance with QMS standards.

Maintain and continuously improve documented procedures, work instructions, and quality records within the electronic QMS system.

Ensure proper control of technical data and regulatory documentation.

Audits & Certification Management

Plan, conduct, and report internal audits in accordance with AS9100D.

Support and coordinate external audits (e.g., certification bodies, aviation authorities, customer audits).

Track audit findings, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification.

Support initial and ongoing certification efforts, including scope expansion and regulatory approvals.

Ensure audit readiness across departments through proactive engagement and training.

Support supplier quality oversight, including performance monitoring and corrective action follow-up.

Promote a strong quality and safety culture aligned with SMS principles.

Your ideal background

College diploma in aircraft maintenance or equivalent or other relevant training.
