Job description
Join ALS USA as a Senior Collections Expert to manage high-risk accounts and drive cash flow initiatives. Your role will focus on implementing effective collections strategies that adhere to corporate policies.

As part of the finance team, you will oversee end-to-end collections activities while engaging customers to resolve overdue balances. This position requires you to utilize ERP tools to track customer risks and achieve defined collection goals. Your skills will contribute significantly to streamlining the collections process.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute end-to-end collections for complex accounts • Develop payment plans and monitor compliance • Document customer interactions and dispute resolutions • Assist team members with invoicing best practices • Contribute to process improvements in collections
