Job description
Bring your expertise to a leading nuclear energy company in Arnprior, Ontario as a SWISS CNC Machinist/Programmer. You'll utilize Fanuc Controls and MasterCAM software to craft high-precision components crucial for the nuclear sector.

Secure a permanent, unionized position with impressive growth potential, starting at $38.18/hr and reaching up to $42.42/hr within a year. You’ll set up and program STAR SWISS CNC Lathes while managing production cycles and supporting a team of operators. Your work will directly impact the production of essential components for the nuclear industry.

Key Responsibilities: • Set up STAR SWISS CNC Lathes (5- and 6-axis) • Program and manage production cycles for CNC machines • Train and guide a team of machine operators • Manufacture nuclear components with tight tolerances • Complete necessary shop documentation

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience with CNC Swiss lathes • Proficient in Fanuc Controls and MasterCAM • Solid experience machining with high tolerances • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • Grade 12 education or higher
