We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Personal Assistant to provide exceptional
right-hand support to the principal, assist with family members’ and guests' needs, and manage personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally resourceful and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the principal and family members with a range of administrative and day-to-day tasks.
- Proactively manage and organize the principal's calendar.
- Handle any travel-related requirements, such as hotel accommodation, visa applications, or itinerary preparations.
- Assist with various personal projects, coordinating with other team members as necessary.
- Research and gather information as required.
- Handle various errands, from personal shopping to dropping off/picking up items.
- Source activities suitable for children, based on given criteria.
- Serve as a point of contact for the principal, liaising with family, friends, and service providers as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 5+ years in high-profile support, luxury hospitality, family office, or experience as a personal assistant with ultra/high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Emotional Intelligence – strong ability to read people, non-verbal cues and moods, adapt tone, and respond intuitively in high-pressure or sensitive situations.
- Proactive & Resourceful – anticipates needs, solve problems independently, and navigates challenges calmly and effectively.
- Tech-Savvy & Organized – proficient with scheduling tools, mobile devices, and communication platforms.
- Mature & Grounded – ideally with significant life or professional experience, capable of bringing calm and clarity to high-pressure situations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite, as well as with mobile apps such as WhatsApp.
- Valid, clean Canadian driver’s licence with a vehicle.
Additional Information
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Work environment: Hybrid, remote work with 2 to 3 in-person visits at the King City's residence.
- Compensation: $80,000 per year.
- Benefits: Health benefits and three weeks’ vacation.
- Hybrid role: Mostly remote with presence at the property when required.
