About the roleWe are seeking a Manager to join our growing Deals Transfer Pricing team, supporting the increasing demand for specialist services. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive on responsibility, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and can manage multiple engagements across diverse teams simultaneously.
Our transfer pricing team advises clients on all aspects of the UK and international regime throughout the deal lifecycle, including exit readiness, diligence, post-deal policy revision, financing transactions and assessing the tax impact of commercial or organisational change. Work is primarily project-based and involves collaboration with multinational companies and investors / private equity and credit funds across varied intercompany transactions, including products, services, intellectual property, and debt.
Joining this team offers exposure to a diverse client base and the opportunity to develop expertise across a broad range of markets the Deals TP team is servicing . You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of our practice.
What your days will look like- Working with the wider Deals Tax practice as a subject matter specialist in the course of diligence, vendor assistance, post-deal work and value creation. Your client portfolio may include corporates / listed businesses, private equity backed businesses, credit funds, real estate investors and infrastructure companies
- Undertaking transfer pricing planning and TP policy pricing implementation
- Involvement and coordination of European and global transfer pricing engagements working with specialists across our global network
- Supporting companies through all elements of business change and value chain transformation
- Assisting clients with financing transactions pricing
- Assisting clients with tax audits from HMRC and transfer pricing defence strategies; and preparation of transfer pricing documentation for planning or compliance purposes
The Role is for you if- Possess a Chartered Accountant (ACA ) or Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent international or legal professional qualification or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality client work, with strong business understanding and adherence to professional standards
- Experience in proactively managing client portfolios and projects, including financial and risk management
- Contribution to team development through knowledge sharing, industry trend analysis, and constructive feedback
- Business development skills, with experience in building and maintaining internal and external networks
- Strong ability to plan and deliver work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with expertise in negotiation and influencing stakeholders
- Intellectual agility and creativity, with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing
