Job summary:
We are hiring a **Senior Actimize Developer** to design, develop, and support AML and financial crime compliance solutions for a Tier‑1 banking client.
✅ Required Skills
- 4+ years hands‑on Actimize development
- Strong AML / financial crime domain expertise
- Java/J2EE and SQL experience
- CTR, STR, SAR, LCTR regulatory reporting knowledge
- Experience with Actimize ADM and schema extensions
- Banking / financial services background
✅ Responsibilities
- Develop and customize NICE Actimize solutions (RCM, IFM, AIS, ActOne)
- Work on AML, Fraud Detection, Transaction Monitoring, and Case Management
- Configure and tune Actimize rules, alerts, workflows, and data models
- Support CTR/MIL processing, automation, and regulatory reporting
- Integrate Actimize with banking and enterprise systems
- Perform testing, production support, and performance optimization
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
