As a Recruitment Systems Specialist, you will provide advanced administrative and coordination support to the Recruitment and HR teams. This position plays a key role in supporting high-volume, end-to-end recruitment activities for projects, shutdowns, and turnarounds, ensuring operational excellence and compliance throughout all hiring processes. Ensures consistent data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS), contributes to process improvements, and supports the development of recruitment tools, templates, and reports to enhance overall efficiency.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive candidate and client experience.
