Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Lead Technical Consultant with expertise in the Utilities industry to lead and deliver end-to-end Maximo Application Suite solutions on OpenShift platforms.
Job Description
•€€€€€€ Minimum 8 years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience.
•€€€€€€ Strong background in the Utilities sector Electric Gas Water or Energy.
•€€€€€€ Proven expertise as a technical consultant and functional lead developer.
•€€€€€€ Extensive experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite MAS including Application Resource Optimizer ARO.
•€€€€€€ Skilled in Red Hat OpenShift platform administration and deployment.
•€€€€€€ Experience leading complete Maximo implementations upgrades or transformations.
•€€€€€€ Deep knowledge of Maximo configuration customization integrations and workflow development.
•€€€€€€ Proficient with Maximo Integration Framework MIF Automation Scripts Java Jython scripting REST SOAP integrations.
•€€€€€€ Solid database knowledge including Oracle SQL Server and DB2.
•€€€€€€ Ability to translate business and operational requirements into effective technical solutions.
•€€€€€€ Preferred experience managing offshore and onshore development teams.
•€€€€€€ Familiarity with cloud-native deployments containerized environments DevOps and CICD pipelines for MAS OpenShift.
•€€€€€€ Strong communication stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
•€€€€€€ IBM Maximo certifications is a plus.
