Analyste comptable / Adjoint(e) au contrôleur

Manufacturier – Entre Trois-Rivières et Portneuf


Si tu veux un rôle où tu n’es pas juste un numéro derrière un écran, mais quelqu’un qui aide réellement la direction financière à prendre de meilleures décisions, tu vas aimer ce poste-là.


L’entreprise est en forte croissance dans le secteur de l’acier : diversifiée, moderne et terre-à-terre. Ça bouge, ça évolue, et tu deviens le/la bras droit du contrôleur et du directeur finance. Le rôle s’ajuste selon tes forces : analyses, prix de revient, cycle complet, optimisation… pas de moule rigide.


Localisation
Le poste est situé pile entre Trois-Rivières et Portneuf, idéal si tu veux un défi stimulant, sans être pris dans le trafic.



Temps de route approximatifs :
• Trois-Rivières / Cap-de-la-Madeleine : 45–50 min
• Champlain : 40–50 min
• Batiscan / Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade : 30–40 min
• Deschambault-Grondines : 15–25 min


Bref : tu pars, tu mets un bon podcast… et t’arrives. Pas de stress.

Responsabilités
• Analyses financières et manufacturières (marges, écarts, prix de revient, inventaire).
• Participation aux fins de mois et aux états financiers.
• Conciliations, suivis comptables et support aux audits.
• Contribution aux projets ERP, automatisation et amélioration continue.
• Collaboration directe avec le contrôleur et le VP Finance sur des mandats stratégiques.



Profil recherché
• Environ 5 ans+ en comptabilité/finance, idéalement en manufacturier.
• À l’aise avec les analyses (écarts, inventaire, coûts).
• Bac en comptabilité OU DEC solide + expérience pertinente.
• CPA ou en voie de le devenir : gros plus.
• Curieux(se), analytique, aimant comprendre “le pourquoi”.
• Attitude proactive, flexible et orientée solutions.
• Anglais fonctionnel+.

• Mode hybride après la formation (3 jours/semaine).
