Job description
Join Benevity as a Creative Director, where you'll lead the visual identity and strategic direction for a purpose-driven company. This hybrid role is perfect for a digital-savvy visionary.

You’ll be instrumental in guiding Benevity's brand by developing an innovative design strategy and inspiring a creative team. With 8+ years in brand design, including substantial leadership experience, you'll be responsible for executing high-quality creative projects and ensuring brand consistency. Collaborating across diverse teams will enhance our mission to foster social change.

Key Responsibilities: • Define and implement brand design strategies • Lead creative output for campaigns and initiatives • Manage and prioritize the creative team’s project flow • Partner with various departments for unified brand messaging • Drive improvements in web performance and accessibility

Requirements: • 8+ years of extensive brand design experience • Creative leadership experience, preferably in SaaS • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills • Mastery of design software and tools • Strong process and organizational abilities
